How to Activate your VLE Account

In this short tutorial, I will be putting FUNAABITES through on how to activate their email address and get set up for virtual learning environment. 

For the payment of your school fee, course registration, change of course, rectification of result, remita payment, payment of dues (SUG, NAAS, college etc), and what have you. You can connect to Chosen on WhatsApp and let's get your service rendered. 

STEP 1. 

Log in to the Funaab onboarding to activate your email via https://onboarding.unaab.edu.ng/login.php?type=RS 

STEP 2.

Enter your Matric number and portal password. (Your portal password is that which was sent to your email at the completion of your biodata registration back in the days when you were still a fresh student). 

A new window will be displayed showing your FUNAAB generated email address (***********@student.funaab.edu.ng)  and temporary password which you will use to activate your account. 

STEP 3.

Enter FUNAAB Mailbox link via http://mail.google.com/a/student.funaab.edu.ng and use the email (***********@student.funaab.edu.ng) and temporary password generated for you to log in. 

However, In some cases you may need to sign out of any account that is currently logged in on your device or simply click on the "Add Account" section in order to proceed with this step.

STEP 4.

Change your password to something you can easily remember. For recovery purpose, you may add a recovery phone number and email address. 

STEP 5.

Download the Google Classroom App and sign in using your Funaab generated email (***********@student.funaab.edu.ng). If you are signed in already or automatically using a different email, you need to either sign out or click on the "Add Account" section in order to log in with your new details. 

STEP 6. 

Once you are signed in, your Role will be requested for, just sign in as a Student. A new page asking you to Start or Join a class will be brought up. Once you see this, you are all set up and ready to go.
